Job Description – Administrator

  • A high performance, dynamic, driven, and growing company operating in the motor industry has a vacancy for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team.
    The Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be required to:
    • Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
    • Maintain and update records, files, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office remains stocked and organized.
    • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
    • Provide support for event planning, travel arrangements, and special projects as needed.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Matric or equivalent qualification
    • Minimum of 3 year’s experience in an administration or related field within the motor industry will be preferred
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • SAGE Evolution Experience would be preferred.

    Salary:
    • Market related based on experience (please state salary expectation when applying)
    • Position will be based in the Denver area, reliable transportation essential.
