Job Description:
Engines for Africa is looking for Dynamic Admin to oversee and run the Selby Branch.
Engines for Africa is based in Johannesburg and Pretoria, Supplying Engines, Gearboxes and Cylinder Heads direct to the public.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directs and manages a sales team and provides coaching towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision.
- Implements maximization of sales and overall profitability through the satisfaction of customers.
- Create and maintain a highly motivated sales organisation to drive growth of the sales.
- Supervise the activities of the team.
- Work with a team of staff to ensure effective daily operations.
Experience Required:
- A Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Engine and Gearbox sales industry is essential.
Skill Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-Motivated & Driven
- A passion for the Automotive Industry
